EULA - End User License Agreement

GRANT OF LICENSE
2.1 Grant of License. Under our terms and conditions of this Agreement, EaseeAccess grants to customer a non-exclusive and non-transferable license in order to install the Software within the Installation Site(s) and provide a certain number of its Users access to the Software. Software is licensed, not sold, to customer as a subscription for a User to access and use the Software for a predeterminated time.

2.2 Customer Decision to Purchase the Software. Clients need to accept that the Software is not designed and produced for every single requirement and that it is solely responsible for selection and purchase of the Software hereunder. EaseeAccess makes no representations whatsoever as to the fitness for purpose of the Software and any decision as to the fitness for purpose of the Software for Customers requirements are made at the sole discretion of Customer.
